Our Mission as a Department
Our mission is to educate individuals who have a solid background in psychology, can apply their knowledge to other disciplines, develop diverse perspectives when faced with problems, conduct research and engage in activities related to the field in accordance with scientific, cultural, social, and professional ethical values, and contribute to the development of solutions to social and societal issues.
● To educate graduates who have received fundamental training in psychology, can apply this training across different disciplines, have internalized ethical values, and possess a strong sense of social responsibility.
● To continuously improve the quality of the education and training provided and to remain open to development.
● To produce knowledge on psychological processes in collaboration with the subfields of psychology.
● To contribute to the advancement of the science of psychology and to the implementation of practices that benefit society and humanity.
● To become a department that is preferred at both the national and international levels.
