Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all stages of the FEDEK accreditation process.
Evaluates reports submitted by other boards and takes measures to improve educational and instructional activities.
Supervises the activities of other boards and may revise board membership when necessary.
May establish new boards when needed.
May revise the duties and responsibilities of boards.
Oversees the Student Information System, Student Tracking System, and Alumni Information System.
Board members are appointed by the Head of Department.
Responsible for updating the Program Educational Objectives and Program Learning Outcomes.
Convenes at the beginning of each academic year and may hold additional meetings when necessary.
Invites the FEDEK Faculty Representative to meetings when required.

Infrastructure Board (2025–2026)

Duties and Responsibilities: The Board evaluates infrastructural needs of the department (classrooms, library, computer laboratories, faculty offices, etc.), identifies new deficiencies, and submits a report including solution proposals to the Coordination Board by the end of May.
