Training Conducted Within the Scope of the Family Education Program
As part of the local training program organized under the Family Education Program (FEP) conducted by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, a training titled “Developmental Approach in Family Education and the Family Life Cycle” was delivered for FEP trainers and professionals from various occupational fields. The training was conducted by our faculty member, Prof. Dr. Yeliz Kındap Tepe, and was held face-to-face at the Provincial Directorate Annex Meeting Hall. The program addressed the different stages of the family life cycle, developmental tasks encountered during these stages, changes in family relationships, and families’ adaptation processes. Participants had the opportunity to examine the transformations families experience throughout their lives and the effects of these processes on individuals through both theoretical knowledge and practical examples. The training concluded with a discussion session in which participants shared their questions and perspectives. Our department continues to contribute to educational and service activities carried out for the benefit of society.
